The data, which was collected by way of an online survey from 26th March 2020 to 20th April 2020, got 1298 responses out of which 837 qualified to be included in this survey report. The responses were received by way of an open survey and employees from 837 organizations, across levels and across sectors participated, thereby giving a good broad-based overview of employee perception in relation to the COVID scenario India is facing today. Leaving an organization is an important part of Indian economy, given the focus on individual growth, opportunities and financial well being that are prioritized by individuals. For any organization to be successful, it needs to reach an optimum rate and experience of employees leaving, neither too much is useful for the organization as it wastes trained resources, nor is too less suitable as the lack of exits deprives the company of fresh thinking and diversity of ideas. Leaves form an important aspect of an employees life cycle. Whether it be sickness, relaxation, boredom or pure legal requirement, the concept of an employee being on leave is very much a reality and has evolved over time, from being a forced necessity, to being seen as a essential productivity enhancement tool. 
India too has seen the evolution of leaves, from the minimum guarantees, from seeing Saturdays being adjusted as leaves to introducing leaves which are new in concept. 
 This report talks about how the environment of leaves exists in India, the kinds of leaves being given and the experience that goes around availing those leaves. The 2019 study captures Sexual Harassment of Social Workers at their workplace. This is a Focused Group Study and was conducted as a face to face interaction with the Social Workers in India.  

The 2019 Salary and Benefits study bring to you the benchmark of how individuals and organisations stack against each other in the Indian market. MahilaBol started in India in Partnership with Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India and United Nations Women. The initiative which ran from 22 February 2018 to 10 June 2018 was focusing on 2 things, one to spread awareness of Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace and how women can tackle it, and the second task was to gather detailed insight by way of a questionnaire to have a strong data which can be used for driving solutions. MahilaBol covered more than 200,000 women from 45 cities in India, it went to Rural, Urban and semi urban locations in 13 states of India. Eventually getting qualified survey from more than 35,000 women from 30 sectors. The collective voice of women in the form of findings has been submitted to the relevant authorities by end July 2018, to review, understand and take recommended actions as deemed appropriate. Our Survey highlights various challenges a woman experiences while pursuing her career. It also focuses whether organizations are providing an environment which allows safety, security, equality and an unbiased approach towards women employees. The Survey ran from 24 December 2016 to 5 February 2017 and had a total of 3232 qualified women participants from 39 countries, of these more than 80 percent participants were from India.

Data of more than 770 companies received compared to 440 in 2012 and 260 in the 2011 Survey. The survey ran from 1st September to 30th October 2013. Basis accurate and complete information provided by participating companies and individuals, a total of 600 companies qualified for being included in this report of 2013. Data of more than 723 companies received in this study which ran from 15th February, 2013 to 31st March, 2013. Basis accurate and complete information provided by participants, data of 679 companies qualified for being included in this report. The study covered a total of 70 locations, additionally 10 international locations including MEA also participated. Majority of the participants, contributing to 80%, were from Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Ahmadabad.
