Employee Perception to COVID
The data, which was collected by way of an online survey from 26th March 2020 to 20th April 2020, got 1298 responses out of which 837 qualified to be included in this survey report. The responses were received by way of an open survey and employees from 837 organizations, across levels and across sectors participated, thereby giving a good broad-based overview of employee perception in relation to the COVID scenario India is facing today.  This report talks about how the environment of leaves exists in India, the kinds of leaves being given and the experience that goes around availing those leaves. MahilaBol – 2018
MahilaBol started in India in Partnership with Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India and United Nations Women. The initiative which ran from 22 February 2018 to 10 June 2018 was focusing on 2 things, one to spread awareness of Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace and how women can tackle it, and the second task was to gather detailed insight by way of a questionnaire to have a strong data which can be used for driving solutions. MahilaBol covered more than 200,000 women from 45 cities in India, it went to Rural, Urban and semi urban locations in 13 states of India. Eventually getting qualified survey from more than 35,000 women from 30 sectors. The collective voice of women in the form of findings has been submitted to the relevant authorities by end July 2018, to review, understand and take recommended actions as deemed appropriate. Voice of Women 2017 – A Survey on Women at Workplace
Our Survey highlights various challenges a woman experiences while pursuing her career. It also focuses whether organizations are providing an environment which allows safety, security, equality and an unbiased approach towards women employees. The Survey ran from 24 December 2016 to 5 February 2017 and had a total of 3232 qualified women participants from 39 countries, of these more than 80 percent participants were from India.
