The lockdown which started officially from the 25th of March and has been operational in various forms till today brought in a different kind of business challenge.
Not only did it test the principles of backup planning for work delivery, but also put up an unprecedented challenge of finding ways to keep business prospering and in some cases surviving.
The lockdown put pressure on the financials in different ways, some were forced to look at present needs, whereas some looked at the future and had to plan for any eventuality.
All these planning and preparedness by various business also involved looking at their workforce, this survey was aimed at finding on what companies did to the existing systems and existing workforce. It does not talk about future benefits like increments, but focused at present. Hence, the survey, How Companies reacted to their Workforce during lockdown (in matters of terms of engagement).
