2. Comprehensive Employment Law Audit
Covers all aspects in the Self-Audit, plus it covers detailed study of all employment related laws in India and their rules. The study is a physical exercise of actually visiting and looking at the records and then creating the report.
3. Comprehensive HR Systems & Process Audit
Covers a comprehensive audit of labor laws, covered in the previous plan, plus it has a comprehensive system of checking all other HR processes and systems. The study involves reading and analysis all HR practices and giving a report which can make the management take a decision on where to put resources and why to put resources.
