About Mandeep
Mandeep Singh is a senior HR practitioner and Partner – HR, AI & Data Science at HRhelpdesk, where he advises organisations on people related governance and accountability in an increasingly digital workplace. His work focuses on the questions that leadership teams and boards are now being forced to confront, how employee data is governed, how technology changes accountability, and how organisations make defensible people decisions when the rules are still evolving.
Mandeep is currently focused on advancing HR strategy and guiding organisations in understanding, implementing, and leveraging AI and Data Science within HR functions, so that people processes remain human centred, while becoming more evidence led and future ready. In addition to this, he has been actively leading and advising in the areas of AI, Data Science, Diversity, HR Due Diligence, Talent, and Rewards.
Over the years, Mandeep has held impactful roles at Vodafone, MetLife, Aviva, BMR Advisors (now KPMG & Deloitte), and Naukri.com, consistently delivering outcomes that connect HR decisions to business strategy and organisational risk. His work reflects a balance of strategic insight and operational grounding, helping organisations convert intent into practices that can stand up to scrutiny.
Mandeep is also a Trustee of HRhelpdesk Trust and has actively worked on women empowerment for many years, including co‑leading a national campaign with UN Women and the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.
Mandeep’s philosophy on managing people assets is rooted in the belief that individuals inherently strive to succeed and when provided the right enabling environment, they will thrive. He is now embedding AI and data science into this philosophy to help organisations make better decisions, strengthen accountability, and use emerging technologies responsibly.
