About Mandeep
Mandeep is currently focused on advancing HR strategy and guiding organizations in understanding, implementing, and leveraging AI and Data Science within HR functions. His objective is to strengthen people processes and prepare organizations for the evolving landscape of AI-enabled workplaces. In addition to this, he has been actively leading and advising in the areas of AI, Data Science, Diversity, HR Due Diligence, Talent, and Rewards.
Over the years, Mandeep has held impactful roles at Vodafone, MetLife, Aviva, BMR Advisors (now KPMG & Deloitte), and Naukri.com, where he has consistently delivered high-impact. His work reflects a blend of strategic insight and operational excellence, resulting in unique successes across the organizations he has been associated with.
He brings to the table deep expertise across a wide spectrum of HR disciplines, including Diversity, HR Strategy, HR Audit, HR Due Diligence, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Training & Development, and Rewards.
Mandeep has experience both as a HR consultant and as a corporate Human Resource professional having experience in a wide range of industries and sectors. Mandeep has a total of 25 years professional experience and has certifications in many psychometric tools and job evaluation methodologies. His key contribution has been in ensuring that the Human Resource function delivers and talks business strategy.
He is a Trustee of HRhelpdesk Trust, an organization working actively on Women Empowerment and has been actively working in this area for many years, he also co-led a national campaign along with UN Women and Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.
